Each retreat includes three nights of accommodations in a luxury Destin, Florida vacation home, just a short walk from the beautiful Emerald Coast beaches. Guests will participate in eight teaching sessions and receive a comprehensive workbook developed in collaboration with a licensed trauma therapist. All meals are catered, and you'll have the opportunity to connect with a small group of women who truly understand the challenges you're facing. More than a getaway, this is an immersive healing experience designed to provide clarity, validation, practical tools, spiritual encouragement, and a pathway toward continued healing and professional support. Accommodations include private king suites (single or double occupancy) as well as more affordable bunk-room options, allowing each woman to select the experience that best fits her preferences and budget.
