Lori Saczynski grew up on Florida's Emerald Coast and married her high school sweetheart. Together they built a life and raised five wonderful children over the course of 32 years. While their family appeared happy from the outside, the reality behind closed doors was very different. After years of counseling and personal healing, she came to understand why no amount of trying harder, loving more, or sacrificing herself could repair a relationship with someone who lacked empathy and refused accountability.
When her husband abandoned the family in 2025, Lori found herself starting over at a stage of life when most women are looking forward to enjoying the empty nest years alongside their spouse. Through that painful season, God faithfully carried her, healed her, and began transforming her suffering into a ministry of hope for others.
Lori has followed the Lord her entire life. She has led Bible studies since 2000, organized and led retreats for teen girls, and written Bible studies. She is passionate about helping women find healing and hope in the midst of difficult circumstances. In April 2026, God placed a burden on her heart to create retreats for women who feel hopeless and alone in their marriages. Drawing from both her personal experience and collaboration with a licensed trauma therapist, her desire is to help women bring understanding to confusion, reconnect with God's truth, and take proven steps toward healing.
Above all, she wants women to know that God has not forgotten them. No matter how broken a situation may seem, He is still trustworthy, still redeeming, and still writing their story.
Hope deferred makes the heart sick, but a longing fulfilled is a tree of life. (Proverbs 13:12)
